Brother and sister duo Alan & Lynne Hempton are beginning to make a name for themselves on the folk club and festival circuit with their exciting blend of old time harmonies and original songwriting. Invoking a vintage quality with their single mic style and traditional instrumentation, their music rings with an acoustic resonance that only sibling voices can create. Drawing on the twin traditions of American and English folk, their songwriting transcends both genres to offer a sound that is as timeless as it is unique.

A showcase act at the 2017 Costa del Folk Festival, where their performances drew praise for their originality and musicianship, the duo are regulars on the local folk scene and have supported acts such as Gilmore & Roberts, Edwina Hayes and Brooks Williams.
